NAPPIAD offers self-serve AI video generation paid with prepaid credits and custom video production requested through our team. These services have different payment and delivery workflows.
Self-serve video generation
For self-serve AI videos, select 5, 10 or 15 seconds, 720p or 1080p quality, a supported format, and provide an idea with 1–3 product photos. The generation price is displayed before submission. One prepaid credit equals $0.01 USD. The server reserves credits when it accepts a generation job. Confirmed failed jobs return those credits. An uncertain provider response may require manual review before credits are returned or a task is retried. An exact creative result, brand detail or visual fidelity cannot be guaranteed.
When enabled, self-serve credit purchases use Stripe Checkout. Credits are added after verified payment. Generation cannot start when payments or the video provider are not configured. Accepted jobs can be checked from the signed-in generator on the home page; finished MP4 files appear in Your Video and generation history.
Done-for-you launch offer
Choose Product Video or Viral Video, then select your output resolution. Product Video costs $99 at 720p or $166 at 1080p; Viral Video costs $49 at 720p or $79 at 1080p. Each listed price is for one finished video, normally 10–15 seconds with basic editing and sound design. A 1080p order delivers a higher-resolution final MP4, not extra scenes, versions or creative revisions. The exact runtime depends on pacing; a full 15-second video is not guaranteed. Scope, feasibility, final price and payment instructions are confirmed before paid production.
Choose your service
Product Video: We create an original AI video ad based on your product, idea and images. You can provide a written idea or let us shape the concept from your images.
Viral Video: You provide one reference video (MP4, MOV or WebM, maximum 50 MB) plus 1–3 images of the characters or products to replace the source subjects. We use the video as a guide to motion, structure, camera and pacing, with your images as the visual reference for the replacement. We will assess feasibility; a pixel-exact copy and identical timing are not guaranteed.
Project review
Within the first 12 hours after a complete brief is received, we aim to review the product, references and requested direction, assess technical feasibility, shape the concept and shot plan, and communicate the next production step. This is a review target, not a guarantee that the final video will be completed within 12 hours.
Customer materials and permissions
You must have the rights, consent or permission needed to provide and use product images, footage, recognizable people or likenesses, logos, trademarks, music references and other materials you submit. In Viral Video requests, you are responsible for ensuring the source video's use and the requested recreation are authorized and lawful.
AI-generated output and product fidelity
Generative video can introduce small visual differences in products, text, logos, packaging, people, motion and physical details. We use your references to preserve the intended product as closely as reasonably possible, but exact frame-by-frame or pixel-level fidelity is not guaranteed.
Revisions and corrections
The done-for-you base launch offers do not include creative revisions or a new concept. If the delivered work contains a clear technical error relative to the submitted and accepted brief, we will make a reasonable correction. A new direction, product, scene structure or concept is treated as a new project unless otherwise agreed.
Done-for-you formats
The delivered resolution is the 720p or 1080p option selected in the order. The default format is a 9:16 vertical MP4 unless another format is agreed during project review. Requests for extra versions, localizations, alternate edits or additional aspect ratios may require a separate quote.
Delivery timing
Final delivery timing depends on concept complexity, product consistency, reference quality, production load and whether clarification is needed. Any specific delivery commitment will be confirmed for the project.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
For done-for-you projects, final scope, price and cancellation or refund conditions are confirmed before paid production. Self-serve generation uses prepaid credits and Stripe Checkout when enabled; the operational rules for credits are described above. NAPPIAD does not store full payment-card details on this site.
Use of delivered work
Unless otherwise agreed, the finished deliverable is intended for the customer's digital and social marketing use. Third-party rights in customer-provided logos, trademarks, products, music or other materials remain with their respective owners.
Portfolio use
NAPPIAD will not assume that confidential or unreleased customer materials may be published. Portfolio use of identifiable customer work should be agreed or based on material that is already public.
Prohibited requests
We may decline requests that are unlawful, deceptive, infringe third-party rights, or cannot reasonably be produced within the service scope.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a project is limited to reasonably foreseeable losses arising directly from that project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
